30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.
To request a return, please contact us at curlcloud@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. Return requests submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
