Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing, typographical, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale, or abuse of promotions.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

CurlCloud is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CurlCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
