Thank you for shopping with CurlCloud. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment, where available at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

CurlCloud offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $35 before taxes and discounts. Eligibility is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. CurlCloud is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CurlCloud is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Verify your shipping address
  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

International Shipping

CurlCloud currently ships to customers in Canada and the United States.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.

Order Issues & Delivery Exceptions

In certain situations, packages may experience delays due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or inaccurate address information. CurlCloud is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
